Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by Natural Beauty Group. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from Natural Beauty Group. Orders placed by 4pm Pacific Time Monday-Saturday will be shipped the same day. Our standard Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 days from the ship date until arrival to most US locations. Upgraded Express shipping takes 1-2 days for arrival to most US locations. Packages shipped to International destinations using Priority shipping will have transport times of 1-2 weeks or more, depending on the destination and Customs clearance time.

International Orders
For international orders, we only charge the actual cost of shipping and do not add any additional handling charges. We use USPS Global Priority Mail, which is very fast and economical. Once USPS determines the cost for shipping your order, we will add this amount to your invoice. Please feel free to e-mail us with any shipping questions you may have.
