Yam & Pumpkin Enzyme Peel ( 5% )

An effective natural exfoliant for all skin types. This delicious puree of yam and pumpkin accelerates exfoliation to peel away dead skin cells, reducing pigmentation, fine lines and sun damage. The natural enzyme content increases collagen production giving rise to a firm, radiant complexion and increased elasticity.
Skin Type: All, except in active acne areas.
Product Weight: 2 oz / 60 ml
Apply a thin layer of product over clean and dry face and neck with a fan applicator brush. Avoid the eye area or active acne lesions. Allow to remain on the skin for 10–15 minutes. Gently massage with fingertips to loosen dead skin cells. In the case of excessive stinging or irritation, remove product quickly and immediately using a towel soaked in cool water or tea. Follow with cotton pads soaked in Soothing Chamomile Tonique to deactivate the product. Rinse again with towels soaked in cool water. For use as a bi-weekly treatment at home in conjunction with professional in–spa enzyme peel treatments. An application of Sun Defense SPF 30 to finish is highly recommended with peeling products.

Great product. Certainly works well as an exfoliant, but not at all harsh. My face looks younger, tighter and smoother after using this enzyme peel. The yummy smell is just an added bonus. |

Well, this is a first for me. I didn't realize I'd previously written a review for this product; HOWEVER, I simply MUST write another. My boyfriend had a little spa night with me the other evening. After we washed this peel from our faces, we both gasped... "WOW!" Our skin was instantly revived from the previous week's parties and sun exposure. This is truly a must have for women AND men. As a side note, we were not sunburned, just tired looking skin. I would never put a peel on sunburned skin NOR would I expose my freshly pampered skin to long stints in the sun. Safety first! ;) This product deserves a sixth star! |
