Lime Cleansing Masque

A 2-in-1 cleanser and restoring masque for use in the shower and bath, for all skin types. This refreshing shower masque is a wake up call for the skin that cleanses and tones while nourishing your skin with the amazing antioxidant properties of green, white and roiboos teas, while invigorating lime juice wakes you up and helps to kick start your day.

Product Weight: 4 oz / 125 ml
Apply a small amount of the masque to dry skin evenly over the entire face to cleanse and hydrate in one step. The neck and decollete can also be treated, if desired. Allow the masque to sit for 5-10 minutes while the steam of your shower or bath helps it to penetrate your pores. Use a lukewarm micro fiber face cloth in circular motions to gently scrub off the masque. Rinse thoroughly with clear water, finish with serum and moisturizer.

This masque is a great cleanser/softner for my very dry skin. My skin feels deeply cleansed, and at the same time, it has a moisturized glow. The product recommendation is for morning use in the shower; however, I tend to use the masque as my final evening cleanse. I do start by running hot water over my microfiber washcloth and then placing that on my face (after removing eye makeup) for a few seconds. Then I apply the masque and leave it for about 5/6 minutes. I also wipe off the masque with my microfiber and lukewarm water; the result is very refreshed and cleansed skin. A nice start to the evening. |

This is one of my favorite Eminence products! I really enjoy the whole collection this cleansing mask came with, but this one is one of my favorites. The smell is so rich, the texture is thick but at the same time it is lightweight, and it is a great cleanse. It works great for my normal / oily skin type. I would encourage all to sample this product! |

If you are on the really dry side of things then this would probably work for you; I just found it to be just a little on the creamy side of things for my taste. Used as a masque would work for me, but as a cleanser i just really didnt feel "clean" after use. So I have to rate it as "so-so". |
