Apply a layer of the scrub to damp skin with a circular scrubbing motion. If desired, use a micro fiber cloth to increase the scrubbing effects and to increase stimulation. Rinse off completely.

this smells good... but it's probably not worth the price tag. I understand it's organic, but the product does the same job as something that you can buy for $9
